Her expertise lies in strengthening legal frameworks and driving corporate transparency within fast-paced, highly regulated industries. Known for her unwavering commitment to ethical standards and governance excellence, she has consistently been a trusted and impactful leader across all her professional engagements.

Shri. S. N. Kamath is a seasoned professional and a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) since 1995, having been associated with the Institute since 1981. He holds dual postgraduate degrees — a Master’s in Commerce (M.Com) and a Master’s in Law (LL.M) — from the prestigious University of Bombay.

Mr. Kamath began his professional journey with Maharashtra State Textile Corporation in 1981 as an Assistant Company Secretary and went on to become the Group Company Secretary, playing a pivotal role in corporate governance, legal compliance, and strategic advisory functions.

With decades of experience in corporate law and company secretarial practices, he brings immense expertise and insight into regulatory frameworks and corporate administration.

Shri Sandip Isore is a seasoned regulatory expert and a respected figure in Mumbai’s urban development sector. He is the Founder of Planet E Consultants, a specialized consultancy established in 2010 that focuses on regulatory approvals for development and redevelopment projects across Greater Mumbai.

With a strong foundation in municipal operations, Mr. Isore took voluntary retirement from his position as Assistant Engineer at the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) to channel his expertise into the private sector. His deep understanding of urban planning regulations and administrative processes has made him a sought-after advisor in the real estate and infrastructure industry.

He currently serves as the President of PEATA (Practicing Engineers, Architects and Town Planners Association), contributing to policy dialogue and professional advocacy at the highest levels. His integrity, experience, and commitment to organized urban growth continue to guide professionals and projects alike toward compliant and sustainable outcomes.

Mr. Nandkumar Patil is a highly experienced and dedicated structural engineer with over 24 years of expertise in the design and execution of building structures. He holds a Master’s degree (M.Tech) in Structural Engineering and is the founder and designated partner of STS Consultants LLP, a firm specializing in RCC and MEP consultancy services.

Before establishing STS Consultants LLP, Mr. Patil served as a sub-consultant with JW Consultants (formerly Y.S. Sane Associates) for over 18 years. During this tenure, he played a pivotal role in delivering several landmark projects, earning a strong reputation for technical excellence and project integrity.

With a specialized focus on affordable housing, Mr. Patil has successfully led and contributed to numerous large-scale residential developments. His deep understanding of structural systems, combined with practical execution insights, makes him a trusted partner in the industry.
